Monica teaches Prana Vinyasa 200/300 Hour Teacher Trainings for Shiva Rea’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga in many locations around the world. Students are empowered to experience prana, the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence, as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.

Learn Elemental Vinyasa sequences and Prana Vinyasa Namaskars (sequences, hands-on assists, inner teachings) to access the earth, water, fire, breath of the heart and space to awaken, balance, nurture the body mandala, life and integrate earth elements in your practice and teaching. Monica, Senior Teacher Trainer and Assistant to Shiva Rea, will offer embodied transmission and direct hands-on assist to take your practice to the next level through her teacher trainings.

Experience innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow within the rhythm of class. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva’s teaching experience from the last 20 years. Upon completion of the yoga teacher training you will transform yourself and others as you delve deep into the path of Bhakti Yoga.

My dharma path for the past several years has been in teaching Prana Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings. I believe in the transformational power of Shiva Rea‘s tradition, and now have over 130 people who have come through my programs in USA and South America! It is such a deep pleasure to witness you blossom and evolve into teachers or integrate the yoga teachings into your daily life, and I am truly a lucky being to be able to do this for my life work.

I am proud to announce my upcoming trainings for 2018/19! I am thrilled that I’m now teaching an extra 100 hours which makes it possible to get your 300 Hour or update a 200 hour towards your 300-500 hour certification and enjoy some more advanced juicy modules.
