My 40 Day Sacred Sadhana group ended yesterday, and I am feeling so grateful and fulfilled and being able to create a satsang (friends on the path) to come together every single morning for six weeks to chant, pray, meditate, do yoga, and experience the healing, empowerment, and love that flows when we dedicate ourselves to the power of practice. Although it’s something I’ve been doing for decades, what I received from the beautiful souls that joined is more than I would have imagined. We do these things without attachment to the results, much as Krishna teaches us in the Bhagavad Gita, so the fruits are so sweet! Getting to share all of these practices that have been my refuge for all the ups and downs that life brings was deeply fulfilling! It’s all for love. All of it. All of my bhakti and Buddhist practices are self-love practices, and the more we love ourselves, the more love we have to give, the more consciousness we awaken to serve + take action to help make this world a better place. I will do it again in January 2022, and I’m inspired to keep sharing in all the ways, and infinitely grateful for all the supporting teachers who shared as well: @jackiejustyoga@zainabzakariyoga @maha.mind.yoga@reinayogini @molljipants and all my teachers, gurus, Mother India who brought us all this wisdom, and my Spirit son Cheyne who have given me the courage to open my arms and receive and give at the same time. Ahum Prema! You are pure love!
