Getting sick sucks!

In the past few weeks, I have been on five airplanes, three different countries, four different climates, am running two online programs, creating a new Intro to Tantra Course for men, teaching at a festival this weekend and teaching more workshops in Colorado before heading back to the jungle!

So my body came to a screeching halt!

I always tell my student friends and mentees, when the going gets rough, take refuge in your practice!

This is a pranayama (breath technique) called nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) that is so good to bring balance to your immune system, emotions, and whole body in general!

The amazing thing about Tantra and Yoga is that you have absolutely everything WITHIN YOU to heal yourself!
