I have noticed that my heart has expanded. Now, I get even more excited to see people I love. A heart to heart embrace is like the most delicious thing in the world. I see less physical attributes and more spirit, soul, and aura. My eyes water with tears full of love at the sweet tender moments with my sons, friends, creatures, nature, and myriad sublime moments. I adore the organs that keep me alive and this body vessel that is my instrument for love and service in the world more than ever, as much as I know I am much more than my physical body. Movement, breath, all of my senses are heightened, and life is an intimate dance with all its magic and mystery.
