Dear Friends on the Path,
This new moon in Aries is special since it is the first sign of the zodiac. In astrology the first new moon in Aries is considered the beginning of a new year. Aries is a fiery sign symbolizing courage, bravery, taking action, speaking up, and doing that thing that you know you really want to do. Symbolized by the ram, we can harness this powerful energy to reflect upon whatever may be holding us back, face it, let go of whatever has been holding us back and take a leap of faith!
I have always been inspired by the miraculous potential inside of each one of us as I have faced my own challenges throughout life. I’ve been studying from these great teachers and traditions and learning how to embody the power of these practices for many decades. I am still learning, and will always be learning, and so grateful that these teachings have crossed my path! Applying it to my own life, and sharing it with you has been my true joy and honor.
These are truly times to awaken our brave and heroic nature to heal ourselves and heal the world.
New moons are a time to go inwards, rest, relax, reflect, meditate, heartstream in your journal, and plant seeds for the new lunar cycle and season ahead.
