I love the quote I found years ago that “ love is the doorway, the portal, and the key.” I would take that one step further:
“ SELF LOVE is the doorway, the portal, and the key to being a beneficial presence in the world and being your most authentic and highest self. “
The thing is that there is nothing really to find, it’s already there, sometimes it’s just about peeling away the layers to uncover the love that’s just waiting for you to remember the light that you are. In Tantra we love ourselves, and in that process, we are loving the Godforce and all.
It seems my whole life and dharma path has been about my own self love journey and sharing with others what has helped me along the way, through all the struggles, trauma, tragedy, and ups and downs of life. I’m grateful to be able to share my journey through my book, my coaching and mentorship programs, retreats, and anywhere else i go and everything I do, you can be sure that I am going to be talking about SELF LOVE!
