Create your sacred space before you begin. Soft lighting, candles, music, comfortable fabrics. The environment supports the practice.
Start with just one practice if the full guide feels overwhelming. Even 10 minutes of sacred movement or conscious breath can shift everything.
Be patient with the awkwardness. The first time might feel strange. That's your defenses at work. By the third or fourth time, something profound shifts.
