Our retreat home is a beautiful property just steps from Playa Guiones, one of Costa Rica's most beloved beaches and part of the protected Ostional Wildlife Refuge. This means the coastline remains wild, unspoiled, and deeply alive.
Playa Guiones stretches for miles — wide, unhurried, and perfect for surfing, long morning walks watching the sunrise over the jungle, or staying until the sky turns gold at sunset. At low tide, the beach reveals stunning tide pools teeming with ocean life, a quiet invitation to slow down and wonder.
Two swimming pools and a peaceful garden atmosphere await you back at the property — everything designed for deep rest and renewal.

What is Devotional Tantra?
The path I teach is warm, grounded, heart-centered, and open to women of every age and every stage of life.
For me, Devotional Tantra is the path of love. It is the practice of loving yourself more deeply, loving your body as the sacred temple it is and loving others with greater presence, compassion, and joy. It weaves together yoga, meditation, breathwork, mantra, sacred sexuality, embodied feminine practices, conscious relationship, nature, and devotion into one living practice.
