After a lifetime of teaching yoga - and deepening into the sacred path of Tantra through workshops & online offerings - I finally brought it all hOMe to my own community here in Nosara.

For years, I cocooned here to heal.

After my son crossed over, I simply had to take a pause for ME.

But then something shifted.

My passion for Tantra ignited as I saw the power it had in my own life and in the lives of my beloved clients.

So I said yes.

Yes to sharing my gifts again. Yes to teaching in my own community.

Yes to being seen.

So this Spring, I gathered my courage and taught workshops for women, men, and couples.

This isn't just what I teach—it's what I live.
