This spring, I made a powerful choice:

I chose to receive instead of lead.
As a longtime Tantra and Yoga teacher, it's not always easy to shift out of "holding space" and into "being held." But I knew I needed it.
I needed to be a student again. To surrender. To soften. To let myself be cracked open and filled.
l attended a retreat led by a fellow Tantra teacher-the luminous @stef_marco - someone I deeply admire as both a colleague and a guide.
I want to honor her for the depth of her wisdom she carries, the sacred container she created, and the fierce feminine integrity she embodies.
This experience reminded me how sacred it is when women hold each other with reverence instead of rivalry.
Because something can quietly creep into spaces like ours— among yoga teachers, healers, and Tantra guides-especially in a community like the one I live in, where there are so many powerful leaders and offerings.
Comparison. Competition. Envy.
They can show up even for a "spiritual" person.
But I went to learn.
To honor.
To remember that the path of Tantra - like the path of Yoga - requires deep humility, because there is always more to learn!
