I had a big wave of grief hit me this weekend and knew it was one of those times i needed to let myself move it through and out of me.
I am a crusader for mental health so it’s important for me be real and honest that sometimes sadness and loss affects me too because I want everybody to know that it’s OK to not feel OK sometimes and there is help and practices for when you feel that way.
I’m sharing a few things here that might help you during those times especially through the holidays and I am here for you to share my heart offerings through my Mystery School, Sacred Yoga Sadhana, and upcoming workshops and retreats.
