I am feeling vulnerable, raw, humbled, and also proud to have put this together for women of a certain epic age to claim their power, purpose, and passion!
This age and stage of life is meant to be a vital time for deepening our spirituality, self-love, sexuality, and contribution in the world.
Your self love is not determined by your outer appearance, experience, or life conditions, and this is the time to love yourself, more than ever, for the benefit of all beings!
