Personally, I’ve been in a deep process myself — reflecting, listening, letting go, softening, and remembering what truly matters to me as I approach my 60th birthday. 

This season has been humbling and beautiful. It’s cracked me open in extraordinary ways, reminding me that love, presence, and devotion are at the heart of everything I teach. 

I have needed every single bit of yoga, mantra, tantra, meditation, breath, all of it - to keep me balanced and aligned.
