Navaratri the three goddesses

The 3 Goddess energies awakening inside you this Navaratri

Mar 14, 2026

There are certain moments in the year that feel different; quieter, deeper, more alive with possibility. Moments that carry a natural invitation to slow down, go inward, and reconnect with something deeper within yourself. Navaratri is one of them.

If you haven't heard of Navaratri before, it is one of the most powerful and beloved festivals in the world's sacred feminine traditions. The name means "nine nights": nine nights dedicated to honoring the Divine Feminine in all her forms. It is a time of transformation, devotion, and deep inner renewal that has been celebrated for centuries across cultures and generations.

And this year, it arrives at a particularly powerful threshold.

We are emerging from eclipse season and Mercury retrograde and moving toward the Spring Equinox: a time of awakening, new beginnings, and fresh possibility. Navaratri offers a sacred container to release what no longer serves you, realign with your highest self, and step into the next season of your life with clarity, devotion, and embodied feminine power.

The Divine Feminine is not just one energy — she is many.

During Navaratri, we honor three primary goddess archetypes. And what makes this tradition so profoundly powerful is that these are not distant mythological figures. They are living energies that already exist within you.

These sacred goddess archetypes come from Hindu traditions, where for centuries they have been honored as living expressions of the Divine Feminine. They are not symbols or metaphors — they are deeply revered beings who have guided, protected, and inspired women across generations and cultures. During Navaratri, we humbly bow to this wisdom, honor its roots, and invite its energy to awaken within our own hearts.

Let me introduce them.

Durga: Your inner strength 🔱

Durga is the fierce protector. She is the part of you that rises when life gets hard, that holds the line when everything feels uncertain, and that reminds you of your unshakeable power. She is the energy that says: I will not be broken. I will rise.

If you have ever surprised yourself with your own strength — navigated a crisis with grace, stood your ground when it mattered, or simply kept going when everything in you wanted to stop — that was Durga moving through you.

Lakshmi: Your radiance and abundance 🌸

Lakshmi is the embodiment of beauty, prosperity, and sacred worthiness. She is the part of you that knows you deserve to receive — love, abundance, joy, and all that is beautiful in life. She is the energy that says: I am worthy. I am magnetic. I am enough.

If you have ever felt yourself fully alive, radiant, and open — present in your body, lit up from the inside, effortlessly attracting beauty and goodness — that was Lakshmi.

Saraswati: Your wisdom and truth 🎶

Saraswati is the wise seer. She is the part of you that knows the truth even when the mind is confused. She is your intuition, your creative voice, your inner knowing that quietly guides you toward what is right and true.
She is the energy that says: I trust what I know. I honor my truth.

If you have ever felt a deep inner knowing guiding you forward — a quiet voice beneath the noise of the mind that you somehow knew to trust — that was Saraswati.

These energies are not mythology.

They are living archetypes inside every woman. But modern life — with all its busyness, overwhelm, and disconnection — can quietly push them aside. We forget our strength. We stop receiving. We lose trust in our own inner knowing.

Navaratri is an invitation to call them back.

These nine nights offer a sacred structure to remember who you truly are — not as a concept, but as a lived, embodied experience. Through devotion, ritual, and practice, you can reconnect with the fierce strength of Durga, the radiant abundance of Lakshmi, and the deep wisdom of Saraswati — all of which already live within you.
