The part of your body you were never taught to love
May 04, 2026How much of you has been quietly waiting to be seen... to be touched with care... to truly feel at peace in your own skin. There is one part of your body that most women have never been taught to love. Not with tenderness. Not with presence. And I know this not just from teaching. I know it from living it.
My Own Story
I grew up being told, in a lighthearted way, that I was part of the "itty-bitty titty committee." My breasts were small, and for a long time, I didn't always feel confident in my body.
Over time — and especially through my path of Tantra — something began to shift. I started to understand that yes, in our culture, how our breasts look can feel important. But it's not the whole story. The deeper invitation is learning to love and accept your breasts exactly as they are. In any size, any shape, any season of your life.
Because the truth is: you don't have to wait for someone else to approve of your body. You don't have to be seen through someone else's eyes to feel worthy. Something changes — radically — when you begin to love your breasts yourself.
What the Tantric Traditions teach us
We've been taught to judge our breasts. To compare them, cover them, or measure them against impossible standards. But in the tantric traditions, your breasts are considered a gateway — deeply connected to your heart, your emotions, and your capacity to feel love and pleasure.
They are not just something to be seen. They are something to be felt. To be honored. To be loved.
And this is true for every woman. Whether your breasts are natural, augmented, or have changed over time. Whether you've experienced loss, surgery, or breast cancer. Whether you're in your thirties, fifties, or beyond. This practice is for you.
Because even beyond the physical form, your breasts exist energetically — as part of your heart center, your feminine essence, your capacity to feel. When you bring mindful touch and breath to this space, something shifts.
A softening. A remembering. A coming home.
A Gift for You
I created a free guide called the Tantric Breast Love & Self-Massage Ritual. It's a sacred, step-by-step practice to reconnect with your body, rooted in self-love, presence, and feminine embodiment. Not about doing it "right." Not about performance. Simply a beautiful moment to come home to yourself.
It is my deepest wish that you come to know the beauty of your breasts — not as something to judge or fix, but as a doorway.
A doorway to your heart. To your pleasure. To your self-love.
With love and devotion,
Monica 🌸
